This workbook includes guidance, tips and worksheets for implementing CCPs in both core and elective classes. It focuses on the ecosystem around CCP management that includes the student, teacher, counselor, RWL coordinator, and employer. This workbook was developed to accompany a 3-day in person workshop. The goal of the workshop was to create a CCP plan that leads to successful implementation.
